We ship from multiple locations to best serve our customers and offer a variety of products.

Ready-to-Ship Items (Canada)
All ready-to-ship items, including handmade goods, custom embroidered pieces, and hand-sewn items, are shipped from our Canadian location. Because these orders travel from Canada to the United States, shipping rates may be higher than domestic U.S. shipping.

Pre-Orders (USA)
All pre-order items are shipped from our U.S. location in Blaine, Washington. These orders qualify for standard U.S. shipping rates, making them more cost-effective for our American customers.

Printed & Made-to-Order Products
For our custom printed fabrics, home goods, stationery, and select gifts, we partner with trusted production partners. These items are made and shipped from various locations, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the specific partner and destination.

Shipping Rates & Tariffs
When orders ship from Canada to the United States, tariffs and cross-border fees may apply. We absorb these additional costs on your behalf; however, this does result in higher shipping rates for those items. We are always working to keep shipping as fair and reasonable as possible.
