Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item isn’t quite right—whether you’ve changed your mind or it wasn’t what you expected—you are welcome to send it back. You can contact us to start a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
- All original tags must still be attached
Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected. If the item meets our return standards, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note:
Items returned with stains, signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged and is not wearable or usable, please contact us promptly with a video showing the issue, and we will gladly assist you in resolving it.
