Signature Prints – Licensing Terms

By purchasing a Signature Print license, you agree to the following terms:

License Scope

• Each license grants non-exclusive commercial use of the selected print to one approved business
• The license permits use on physical end products only (e.g., apparel, accessories, stationery, home goods)
• Digital files may be used for production purposes only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold

License Limit & Retirement

• Each Signature Print is licensed to a maximum of five (5) businesses total
• Once all five licenses are sold, the print is permanently retired
• Retired prints will never be relicensed, recolored, or rereleased in any form

Prohibited Uses

• No sublicensing, transferring, or reselling of the license
• No sharing of digital files with manufacturers, designers, or third parties beyond what is strictly necessary for production
• No resale of the artwork itself, including as digital files, clipart, patterns, or print-on-demand assets
• No use in mass-production marketplaces or print libraries

Modifications

• The artwork may not be altered, recolored, rearranged, or derived into new designs
• Cropping or scaling for production layout is permitted
• The artwork may not be used as a base for new or derivative artwork

Exclusivity

• Licenses are limited in quantity but not exclusive
• Each licensed business understands that up to four (4) other license holders may exist
• This structure is designed to maintain rarity while allowing multiple boutique brands to participate

Ownership & Copyright

• All artwork remains the sole property and copyright of the artist
• Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the artwork

Enforcement

• Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund
• The artist reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for misuse or infringement
